How do I track my order?
After confirming your order, we will send you the tracking number to your email or via WhatsApp.
What are your delivery options?
For Kuwait, Either cash on delivery by ordering via WhatsApp or 1-3 days for website orders.
For international shipping we ship by DHL or FedEx .
How do I return an item?
If you are in Kuwait and have the receipt you, then can contact us on whatsApp and directly we will solve the case for you. For international orders it will be by mail.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we provide international delivery for a fee depending on the Weight of your order and your country shipping rates.
What is your returns policy?
For Kuwait you have 5 days from the day it was received to return the item in the original condition when it was bought.
For international you have 14 from the day it was received days to return the item in the original condition when it was bought.
